We Never Sell Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. Not to anyone, not for any price, not ever. We also don’t hand it to third parties for their own marketing. The information you share with us is used to run our business and look after you — and it stays with us.

We Treat Your Information as Personal

Some might say hearing is “just a thing.” We don’t see it that way. Anything relating to you — including your reasons for choosing a hearing aid — is personal, and we treat it that way. We do not disclose your information to others without your authority, except where we’re genuinely required to by law or need to in order to fulfil your order (for example, giving your address to the courier who delivers it).

How We Use Information for Marketing

We’re interested in patterns, not people. When we advertise our products — including through tools such as the Meta (Facebook) and Google advertising platforms — our goal is to reach people who might benefit from better, more affordable hearing, and to improve how we do that. We’re interested in the marketing and the trends, not in exposing, trading, or profiting from you as an individual.

These advertising tools work by processing some information about website visitors. We use them to run and measure our own advertising — never to sell your data. If you’d rather not be included, you can opt out at any time (see below).

Your Choices

•      You can opt out of our marketing at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails, or by emailing us.

•      You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, under the Australian Privacy Principles.

•      If you’d prefer we don’t include you in advertising audiences, email us and we’ll action it.
